Butterclaw Brands continues to nourish and innovate the restaurant industry with great food and happy customers. Founders Rich Levy and Joey Dorf started with an idea for a catering brand Butterclaw Lobster, which quickly turned into three (Cluckson’s Chicken, Guacdog). To add a fourth, at the start of 2020, they created the formal catering division Butter and Vine. While the pandemic ensues, the team has kept their formal catering division running by offering fresh delivered, gourmet meals, to a 30 mile radius around Chicago.
